NOTICE:

WA BICC has received several questions about the SAM and DUNS requirement described in Annexes E and F of the WABICC grant opportunity. Please note that these are requirements for the successful applicant(s) that are selected to receive an award. Your bid will NOT be disqualified if you are not able to register in the SAM and/or DUNS system prior to your proposal submission date.  We only include the requirement in the RFA because it can be a lengthy process and we encourage organizations to get started as early as possible so it does not delay the issuance of an award.
