In West Africa, gaps exist in wildlife conservation and enforcement. In 2016, USAID, through WA BiCC, sponsored 12 wildlife professionals to undergo a Masters’ degree program aimed at addressing these gaps by empowering these young professionals to effect change at the ground, institutional and regional levels. In this video, Felix Abayomi, a beneficiary of this program, shares his story on how he is applying his knowledge on the ground.
