The NGO EUCORD was awarded a grant to implement this component of the USAID-funded West Africa Biodiversity and Climate Change (WA BiCC) Program in Guinea. The purpose of this grant was to involve the private sector in efforts to create sustainable and environmentally sound livelihoods in vulnerable communities in Kindia Region, where there is considerable pressure on natural resources.
